There are a number of services emerging that can keep all of your social media in one place (my current fave is Hootsuite), but they often don’t get into one of the things that’s most important for local businesses: REVIEWS. In addition to allowing you to create and schedule content/updates, a new service called Postling allows you to read and respond to customer reviews on CitySearch and Yelp as soon as they happen.
Now you have no excuses. You’ll know right away who deserves a word of thanks, and who needs an apology (or just some extra TLC).
